If you are a certified Yoga Teacher this will give you another 50 hrs accreditation. This course explores the philosophy of Yin Yang theory, Traditional Chinese Medicine as it relates to the organs and elements, mindfulness meditation and the role of a slow, soft practice.
You will be sent recorded practices and lectures to complete prior to our in studio gatherings so that you can make these fit into your schedule. You also have those to keep!

Yoga teacher Maryanne Edwards and TCM practitioner, Acupuncturist and Yoga Teacher, Jade Clark look forward to supporting you through a 5 day 4 night journey that will refresh your spirit and soothe your soul.
Days will include Yin and Yang yoga practices, meditations and a variety of extra optional activities (spa circuit, hikes and swimming holes, Kirtan). All meals are included, plant-based local and organic wherever possible.
Investment: $1650 twin and $1950 single
$500 deposit required to confirm place, full rate to be finalised 30 days before retreat begins. Cancellations forfeit 50% of the deposit up until April 1, 100% of the deposit is forfeited April to May and full rate is forfeited when cancelling within 30 days of retreat.

About the venue: Nestled at the base of majestic Wollumbin (Mt Warning), in the northern rivers region of New South Wales. 1 hr drive from Ballina airport, or 40 mins from the Gold Coast airport.
Positioned on 46ha (113 acres) of secluded naturally undulating rainforest with stunning views of Wollumbin/Mt Warning. This part of Australia is being described as a mysterious melting pot of rich volcanic earth, deep green rainforest, breathtaking scenery, shining blue waters, rare Gondwana (prehistoric) rainforest and powerful land and mountains. Now with up to 2 hours of bush trails on the property you can truly experience the natural beauty that this powerful land and nature has to offer. Throughout this week of cleansing asana, pranayama, suggested eating and home rituals you will create a foundation of optimal and holistic health. With daily inspiration to your inbox, a morning practice Monday to Friday and longer weekend workshops you will take the tools that yoga has to offer well beyond the mat. It’s my hope that you enter 2021 light, fresh and clear.
No prior experience required, all levels are welcomed.
