How: Each evening you'll be sent an email with the link to your morning practice plus suggestions for your home rituals.
There will also be an optional short Yin or Meditation for each afternoon if you can fit it in.
In January with the detox week we reset and decluttered, this September lets recommit to our wellbeing and particularly strengthen our immunity by managing stress. The most important step toward vital health is the intention to do so, with manageable length classes to keep you rolling out the mat everyday you'll remember why it's small things done with consistency that maintains our optimal state.
The week kicks off Sunday afternoon with intention, breathing and meditation on IGTV (no problem if you can't join there, we can email you the recording).
Followed by daily inspiration to your inbox, sent at 6am each day so you have a pre-recorded morning practice Monday to Friday to simply press play when you're ready.
The week rounds out with a long seasonal Yin practice Saturday 25th Sept 10am - live on Zoom.
